1、 职责目的Position Objectives：

Maintain and improve the supplier quality management system. Responsible for supplier quality management related to company manufacturing.
维护、完善供应商质量管理体系。负责公司制造有关的供应商质量管理工作。

2、主要职责Key Responsibilities：

85 Participate in the new supplier qualification and development , take lead the new supplier QMS audit and evaluation
参与新供应商的评审，牵头组织新供应商的质量保证体系评定工作。

85 Monitor supplier quality performance and make supplier quality KPI report. Handling and following up on NCR incoming raw materials ;
Responsible for regularly holding supplier quality anomaly review meetings; Organize, supervise, and improve supplier quality; Verify improvement status.
Track supplier progress during the product development phase, timely resolution of issues to meet the company's product development and manufacturing needs
负责监控供应商的质量表现，形成周期报告。对供应商来料异常的处理和跟进；
负责定期召开供应商质量异常检讨会;组织、督促、供应商质量改进；验证改进情况
产品开发阶段的供应商进度跟踪，及时解决问题，以满足公司产品开发与制造需求。

85 Develop an annual supplier performance review plan, set up supplier evaluation/audit team according to business needs, and organize supplier performance review work
编制年度供应商业绩评审计划，根据业务需要组建评审小组，组织开展供应商业绩评审工作。


85 According to the company's supplier evaluation plan and supplier NCR, conduct periodic supplier quality system audits on suppliers. Provide guidance and management on the quality system of key suppliers to enhance their quality assurance capabilities

根据公司供应商评审计划及质量异常，对供应商进行不定期的供应商质量体系审核工作。对重点供应商的质量体系实施辅导和管理，提升供应商质量保证能力。

85 Follow all EHS policies and procedures to audit supplier EHS , promptly report safety hazards and accidents, help and monitor supplier to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
遵守所有EHS政策和程序,及时上报供应商的安全隐患及安全事故，帮助并监督供应商保持一个安全健康的工作环境。

85 Complete other tasks assigned by direct leader
上级主管所要求的其他任务。


2、 工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:

85 Timely organize and complete the evaluation/audit of new suppliers to ensure effective supplier quality control on new suppliers
及时组织完成新供应商的评定工作，保证新供应商的开发得到有效的控制。

85 Monitor the supplier quality performance and establish an annual quality performance improvement plan for suppliers to reduce the NCR rate , and build up supplier quality KPI reports for tracking
监控供应商的质量表现，建立供方年度质量表现提升计划，降低供方不一致品率，并建立KPI报告

85 Develop supplier performance evaluation plan and organize the completion of the annual evaluation plan
制定供应商业绩评审计划，组织完成年度评审计划。

85 Help and supervise suppliers to complete quality improvement plans as planned
按计划监督供应商完成质量改进计划。


4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：

84 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related
本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业

84 相关工作经验Relevant Experience

>10 years of relevant experience 10年以上相关工作经验

84 语言技能Language Skills

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
较好的英语听说读写能力
