Siemens Healthineers China Commercial Management Trainee Program aims to accelerate the development of future healthcare business leaders with strategic mindset, innovative thinking, and exceptional influence.


Program Overview:


During this 24-month program, you will experience challenging cross-departmental rotations, including but not limited to product, sales, strategy etc. This will require you to explore proactively, adapt quickly, and tackle challenges effectively in order to gain practical experience and hone your skills.

Through a comprehensive and systematic training system, you will acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and professional skills. The tailored personal effectiveness and leadership development courses will rapidly enhance your soft skills. Various networking opportunities, including dialogues with senior leaders, one-on-one buddies, and cross-departmental projects, will help you build a broad network and support your rapid growth and long-term development at Siemens Healthineers.

We are Looking for candidates with:

Qualifications:
