Position Objective
Strategic Sourcing, more Commodity mgmt & Sourcing Project mgmt related work. Identify cost saving opportunities and execute sourcing projects to achieve YOY cost savings target. Serve as an escalation path to deal with delivery, quality, and supplier management issues.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement sourcing strategy according to company business strategy
根据公司的业务战略制定并执行采购战略
Initial /Lead sourcing activities for the filtration system project in the tendering and execution phase, coordinate project team to conduct VAVE to drive continuous cost reduction.
负责过滤系统项目投标及执行阶段的相关采购工作，协调项目团队开展VAVE工作，推动持续降本;
New supplier sourcing and building up strategic partnerships with key suppliers
新供应商开发，与主要供应商建立战略伙伴关系
Lead supplier selection, bidding, qualification activities, and supplier base optimization.
领导供应商选择、竞标、批准等活动，供应商优化
Work with SQE to improve supplier performance and drive suppliers to make continuous improvement
与供应商配合一起改善供应商绩效，推动供应商持续改善
Initiate cost-saving projects & lead material cost-reduction activities
发起成本降低项目，领导物料成本降低活动
Proactively respond to material supply market trends and new manufacturing processes/technologies
对物料供应市场以及制造新技术和工艺做出前瞻性反馈
Price and contract negotiations with suppliers
与供应商进行价格和合同谈判
Initial /Lead sourcing activities for new product development project/NPI transfer projects
发起或领导新产品开发项目或产线转移项目的各项采购活动
Drive to reach personal and department KPI targets
推动个人和部门KPI目标达成
Responsible for commodity management, identifying supply risk, and taking risk mitigation actions.
负责品类管理，识别供应风险，并采取应对措施
Support China sourcing activities requested by other Pall overseas entities.
支持PALL海外工厂在中国的采购相关工作

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related majors. From well-known college is preferred.
工科专业本科以上，重点大学优先;
8 years of sourcing/procurement work experience (in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, buyer, project management, etc.) in the manufacturing area for a bachelor, 5 years for a master as a minimum requirement. MNC (industrial area) work experience is a plus.
战略采购，采购执行，项目管理等领域8年以上工作经验（本科），或硕士学历5年以上相关工作经验。跨国企业工作经验优先;
Sourcing/Procurement work experience in Industrial Filtration, Pressure Vessels, or EPC projects is preferred.
有工业过滤行业、压力容器、EPC工程项目采购经验优先；
Oral and writing proficiency in English.
英语听说读写熟练;
Good communication skill & teamwork spirit is a must. Team management experience and cross-function project management experience with solid results are preferred;
必须要有好的沟通能力并且具备团队精神，有团队管理经验或跨部门项目管理经验的优先;
Energetic, adaptable to flexible working hours and 40%+ travel.

CPSM, SCMP, CIPS, and PMP certification are preferred.
持有采购相关认证（CPSM，SCMP, CIPS等.）或项目管理认证PMP优先。
