Position Objective：
Sourcing, more Commodity related work. Identify cost saving opportunities and execute sourcing projects to achieve YOY cost savings target. Serve as an escalation path to deal with delivery, quality, and supplier management issues.
战略采购偏重品类管理相关工作。识别降本机会，实施采购项目，达成降本目标。作为交付、质量和供应商管理问题的升级途径，处理相关事宜。
Develop and implement sourcing strategy according to company business strategy
根据公司的业务战略制定执行采购战略
New supplier sourcing and build up strategic partnership with key suppliers
新供应商开发，与主要供应商建立战略伙伴关系
Lead supplier selection, bidding, qualification activities, supplier base optimization.
领导供应商选择、竞标、批准等活动，供应商优化
Work with SQE to improve supplier performance and drive supplier to make continuous improvement
与供应商配合一起改善供应商绩效，推动供应商持续改善
Initiate cost saving projects & lead material cost reduction activities
发起成本降低项目，领导物料成本降低活动
Support SQE for PPAP approval and assist to handle supplier NCRs for daily work
支持SQE完成PPAP批准，协助处理供应商不符合项
Proactively response to material supply market trend and new manufacture process/technologies
对物料供应市场以及制造新技术和工艺做出前瞻性反馈
Price and contract negotiations with suppliers
与供应商进行价格和合同谈判
Lead sourcing activities for new product development project
领导新产品开发项目的各项采购活动
Drive to reach personal and department KPI targets
推动个人和部门KPI目标达成
Initial sourcing analysis for new product developing project /transfer projects and take action
发起新产品开发项目或转移项目, 并采取相应的行动
Responsible for commodity management and identify supply risk and take risk mitigation actions.
负责品类管理，误别供应风险，并采取应对措施
Support China sourcing activities requested by other Pall oversea entities
支持Pall海外工厂在中国的LCR采购的相关工作

Performance Standard/Goals工作标准/绩效目标:

Bachelor degree in Engineering related majors. From well-known college is preferred;
工科专业本科以上，重点大学优先
Oral and writing proficiency in English;
英语听说读写熟练
Good communication skill & team work spirit is a must. Team management experience, cross function project management experience with solid result is preferred;

8 years sourcing/procurement work experience (in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, buyer, project management, etc.) in manufacturing area for bachelor, 5 years for master as minimum requirement. MNC (industrial area) factory work experience is a plus;
战略采购，采购履行，项目管理等领域8年以上工作经验（本科），或硕士学历5年以上相关工作经验。跨国制造型企业工作经验优先。
