Position: Regional Trade Activation Manager, Aesthetics Location: Beijing, China
Job Description: To drive growth by defining Aesthetic area marketing strategy regional wise, planning and tracking the strategy execution and tactics from the consumer behavior, consumer insights and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities: 61 Work out annual calendar, alignment across the sales departments (sales director) on field sales needs and sell out initiatives. 61 Support regional sales manager to develop the promotion strategy and plan to engage the related stakeholders including the CEO, purchasing, COO, HCP, Consultants, and end users. 61 Develop strong and trustful business communication between the sales and marketing team, initiate the monthly sales meeting, review the sales KPI, improve product effectiveness, develop the evaluation methodology of trade marking event. 61 Track and analyze regional program to improve the return of investment; optimize budget for trade promotional plan with maximum returns. 61 Develop and organize regional marketing program based on central marketing strategy, development different programs according to different stakeholders (CEO, COO, consultant, doctor), focus on HCPBC training, CEO/COO forum, In clinic patient events selecting target customers to attend training. 61 Work with central marketing brand team and trade strategy manager to roll out the new product launch plan. 61 Develop National & local KOLs and speakers.
Skills & Qualifications: 61 University degree in a business-related subject. Minimum of 5years of experience on trade marketing functions at FMCG, pharmaceutical and Aesthetic industry. Preferably with sales management experience 61 Planned execute trade marketing events based on consume insights. Deeply understanding of customers/HCP/consumers study Understanding of regulatory and legal requirements in China & compliance Solid understanding of Aesthetic industry operation. Having relevant knowledge of sales management 61 Computer skills: Excel/PPT Advanced. Presentation skills: advanced.
