YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Store Manager, and part of the Retail Management Team, you are mainly responsible of leading your store team to achieve sales objective based on solid and clear day to day store operation details.
You will have the opportunity to learn brand commercial strategy, business planning with vision as well as people/team development with diversified team profile.
Your impact
Store Management
- Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure the brand image is maintained
- Assist Regional Retail Manager in driving sales initiatives for sales team to achieve sales objectives
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment
- Lead and motivate sales team on delivering consistent, professional and responsive customer service
- Ensure sales team working in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Lead and monitor safety, health and security rules in store
Staff Management
- Identify potential sales staff and suggest proper training for staff development
- Provide on-the-job training to new join staff
- Communicate / enforce HR policies to store level
- Manage and conduct appraisals and performance review with store staff
- Coach sales staff to meet and exceed the required performance standard
- Prepare monthly roster and arrange manpower to meet up requirement of sales program
Daily Operations
- Prepare variety reports such as merchandising flow, traffic flow and daily sales etc.
- Conduct daily briefing on information from office and sales performance review
- Assist sales staff to resolve ad-hoc operations issues
- Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding service and products
- Manage and ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are followed
- Manage and lead a smooth stock taking and stock replenishing
- Manage and lead a smooth merchandising distribution
- Manage and lead a smooth in-store events support
- Ensure good control of petty cash utilization and liaise with Accounts Department for store expenses

Education:
- College degree and above
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion luxury retail industry with at least 3 years as store in charge
Competencies:
- Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

- Tactful in handling customers and external parties
- Good fashion sense
- Excellent quality of service
- Self sufficient/ self starter
- Results driven
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin with proficiency of other languages will be an advantage
