工作职责 61 Supplier evaluation within the supplier selection process with the tools Supplier Pre Evaluation and Risk Assessment with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies and documented in QMT Visit Report 61 QMT Evaluation of qualification costs and definition of required measurements and agreement with the supplier before supplier nomination 61 Steering and monitoring of QMT part for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to BMW Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA), includes the steering of series tooling 61 Lead and organize a Launch team (coordinate the Logistic-, Purchasing and QMT activities), put counter measurements in place and verify the in-time implementation. 61 Buy off of parts, tooling and checking devices at the supplier location during the build phases 61 QMT part preparation and release of Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure (PPAP) 61 Product and Process Audits at suppliers, Supplier Requalification 61 Follow-up of measurements and actions defined out of Process Series and Supplier Audits 61 Analyze parts quality problems and coordinate the problem solving process 61 Problem solving responsibility in the PQM process for topics related to supplier production processes (Regelkreis 1und 2 in PEP / Regelkreis 2 in series phase) 61 Evaluation of supplier performance in series production (LPKM) 61 Initialization of escalation in case of series deviations in quality performance of suppliers 61 Willing to take over responsibility in other technical areas and lead the problem solving 任职资格 Education / Degree: 61 Master / bachelor’s degree in mechanical Knowledge / Skills /Competences 61 Intense training and experience in quality methods. Excellent knowledge of QMT-Processes (Product and Process Development & Series Production). 61 Experience in terms of supplier evaluation. 61 Well-founded knowledge of industrial production processes, sound knowledge of process engineering and Process Development & Series Production). 61 Founded and business fluent knowledge in English language, additional knowledge in Chinese or German language is a benefit. 61 Intercultural competence, successful acting in intercultural teams. 61 High flexibility and mobility, high stress tolerance. 61 Willing to Travel. 61 Experience in sub-supplier management. Experience 61 Experience in a technical field at automotive OEM or supplier in Project phase before SOP and series production. 61 3 - 5 years working experience in automotive industry. 61 SQE experience is preferred.
