Job title: Customer Quality Work Location: Beijing Nankou
Main purpose of the role: Manages quality technical relationships directly with customers or supports sales teams and brings wide and deep SKF specification knowledge, thru in-depth responses to technical enquiries, identifies technical leads at customers as a basis for sales offer build on customer value creation, handling technical complaints both for new product or warranty case and analyses and managing technical risks. Reporting Relationships: Reports directly to the Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strengthen the brand image of SKF as the Knowledge Engineering Company 2. Develop problem solving solutions to customer, including bearing selection, application advice, and failure analysis through bearing calculations, customer specification review. 3. Coordinate with PDE and Operation Department in the SKF Group to drive product quality improvement and new product development. 4. Conduct technical presentations, training & seminars to customers and internal colleagues regarding customer quality technical specifications or requirements. 5. Update and issue customer requirement-oriented promotion material and technical presentations 6. Arranges and participates in segment exhibition and conference, when required. 7. Coordinating design, prototype, Operation and testing activities etc. 8. Taking active part in technical issue resolution on field return parts or application issue.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent. 2. Good planning, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills. 3. Customer orientation working methods. 4. Working in cross-functional, and very organized working style. 5. Self-motivating, innovation and customer oriented. 6. Fast learner and computer literate. 7. Bearing knowledge, FEA skills, or project management skills is preferred. 8. Good command of written and oral English. 9. Willing to travel domestic and overseas.
