Job description（JD）：
61 Responsible for the new product development and localization of vertical multistage pumps, take role of both project manager and lead engineer include product design, drawings, BOM and write relevant technical documents/ standards, project management.
61 Technical support to other departments: Production, Purchasing, Quality, Service for serious problem
61 Provide technical solution and product improvement for special applications and requests.
61 Responsible for execution of engineering task and Order as both project leader and technical engineer. Build and lead a cross-function team, make and follow schedule,Coordinate with different stakeholders to deliver the projects.
61 Responsible for product care, take related job as the engineer role within product cyclelife time. Collaborate across countries to accomplish the management of the corresponding product line platforms
61 Optimize product from cost saving perspective.
61 Responsible for innovation and application expertise, visit customers to identify their pain points and provide solutions. Completion of intellectual property and innovation task.


Requirement：
61 Bachelor's degree with major on fluid mechanical engineering.
61 More than 5 years of vertical multistage pump related development experience.
61 Experience with large development projects and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
61 Product application experience in industrial field, with innovative awareness and ability to identify customer pain points and give solutions
61 Deep knowledge in following areas:
1. Theory of design, espacially on mechanical seal, motor and bearing calculation and selection.
2. Familiar with process stamping, welding, ability to define reasonable tolerance requirements and perform dimensional chain calculations for assemblies.
3.Familiar with national standard GB, American standard ASME, German standard DIN and related skills.
4. Familiar with pump application of HVAC, Industry,water boosting. 5 Good at CAD, NX, Solidworks
