1.1 Non-conformity disposal in time, to secure normal assembly and testing tack time

1.2 Deeply analyze and take actions for typical/hot issues with 8D or other methodologies
深入分析典型问题，热点问题，并采取行动进行改善，比如8D或其他方法
1.3 Regularly handle typical issues analysis and drive function team for corrective and preventive actions implementation
定期组织并驱动功能小组对典型问题采取纠正和预防措施
1.4 Regularly initiate process audit for assembly and testing from 5M1E, coordinate function team to take corrective actions
定期发起组装和测试过程5M1E的审核，并协同职能团队采取纠正措施
1.5 Regularly review IQC/OQC checking list to make sure it may satisfy customer requirements
定期评估IQC/OQC的检验清单，确认其满足客户需求
2. NPI product quality assurance and control
新产品导入质量保证和控制
2.1 Set-up and conduct quality control during the New Product Introduction process，to secure normal production quality through NPI advanced quality planning management.
建立并执行新产品导入过程中的质量控制，通过对新产品先期质量策划的管理确保正常生产的质量
2.2 Drive NPI open issues improvement through close coordination with Method, production, supplier chain and R&D team, till satisfy the requirements of normal production
通过和横向职能部门合作，如工艺、生产、供应链以及研发，驱动新产品导入过程中的问题改善，直至满足批量生产要求
3. Regularly analyze quality data and lead CIP activities
定期分析质量数据并领导CIP改善活动
4. Support system engineer for key procedures optimization
支持体系工程师对关键流程进行改善
5. Support CQE for customer quality complaints investigation
支持客户质量工程师对客户投诉进行调查
6. Others quality management activities

Qualifications:
胜任条件：
1. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility
优秀的自我驱动力和责任感。
2. Bachelor/master’s degree in Mechatronic/ Automation/ Mechanical or related field.
获得机械/电气及相关领域的学士或者硕士学位。
3. Able to prioritize and multi-task.
能够通过合理安排优先级别同时进行多项任务。
4. ＞5 years design or quality engineering experiences in Electrical equipment R&D and manufacturing enterprises
电气设备研发制造类企业从事工程开发或质量工程师5年以上工作经验。
5. Prefer experience in Semi-Conductor equipment.
具有半导体设备的相关经验，优先考虑。
6. ＞5 years quality assurance /control leading experience, strong project management and driving teamwork skill，strong mechatronic or automation product knowledge
主导质量保证或质量管理5年以上，具备优秀的项目管理能力和组织团队协作的技巧，具备较强的机电一体化或自动化产品知识。
7. Be familiar with ISO9001 Quality management system, QC tools, APQP；lean Six sigma is a plus.
熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，熟练使用质量控制工具，先期产品质量策划；精益六西格玛的项目管理能力，优先考虑。
8. Language skills: Read and write clear and logical report in English is a MUST, Fluency in spoken English is a plus.
语言技能：具备英语读写能力，并可以使用英语撰写有逻辑性的报告；英语口语流畅者，优先考虑。
