Control & execute key parts inspection before shipping to customer 发给客户前,对重要物料进行控制和执行检验 1.1 key material normal control (IQC) 物料进来的常规控制 1.2 key material normal control (OQC) 关键出货物料的常规控制 2. Support Field Service Engineer to quick response any spare parts quality issue in customer side, and solve it 支持现场服务工程师快速响应客户端的备件质量问题, 并解决 3. Maintain spare parts quality issue list and progress, take bridge between FSEs and operation quality to clarify spare parts failure model and related information 维护备件质量问题清单和进度,扮演各个FSE和运营质量之间的桥梁,澄清备件质量失效模式以及相关信息 4. Lead and drive spare parts quality issue improvement, together with OPS QA 和运营质量合作,领导并驱动备件质量问题的改善 5. Flight monitor tools installation and commissioning test quality control in field. Collect data and drive CIP 飞行监控现场机台的安装和测试质量控制, 收集并驱动持续改善项目 6. Support system engineer for key procedures optimization 支持体系工程师对关键流程进行改善 7. Others quality management activities 其他质量管理活动 Qualifications: 胜任条件: 1. Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility 优秀的自我驱动力和责任感。 2. Bachelor degree in Mechatronic/ Automation/ Mechanical or related field. 获得机械/电气及相关领域的学士学位。 3. Able to prioritize and multi-task. 能够通过合理安排优先级别同时进行多项任务。 4. >3 years field service or quality engineering experiences in Electrical equipment R&D and manufacturing enterprises,strong mechatronic or automation product knowledge 电气设备研发制造类企业从事现场服务或质量工程师3年以上工作经验,具备较强的机电一体化或自动化产品知识。 5. Prefer experience in Semi-Conductor equipment.
