1、 职责目的Position Objectives：
负责公司工业业务的质量保证及其相关事务工作，使中国公司内部正确执行总公司QARA政策，正确理解中国法律法规要求，及时传达并协助制定Pall相关政策。
Responsible for Pall Industry BU quality assurance and regulation affairs work. Assure Pall China execute Pall global QARA policy correctly and fully implement Chinese laws and regulations. Transfer and assist establish Pall policy on time.

2、主要职责Key Responsibilities：

85 负责中国市场提出的不一致品的反馈、全过程协调、追踪处理工作。包括信息录入/反馈，产品/样品退回，初步质量界定，客户沟通等。按月度进行汇总、统计、反映质量状况。
Responsible for coordinating and pursue the nonconformity in Chinese market .Including information collection, database input, sample and product return, customer and manufacture communication. Report COR status monthly and analysis quality status, establish stat. method.
85 负责Energy+ 和F&B自制产品符合中国相关法律的检测、认证工作.
Responsible for the inspection and certification of Energy+ and F&B product made in China, in compliance with relevant Chinese laws
85 负责协调与政府检测相关机构的联系。正确理解要求，协调公司内部相关部门执行。
Coordinate with government test institute. Understanding requirement and coordinate relevant department implement
85 负责进口产品（F&B）符合中国法律法规要求规定的制定、实施情况检查。
Responsible for checking the formulation and implementation of imported products (F&B) in compliance with Chinese laws and regulations
85 根据客户和市场需要，负责Pall产品的各类与质量相关的证明出具工作。
Prepare documents of varies certificate according to customers and market required.
85 协助进行质量体系要求的各类审核活动及后期验证
Assist quality system audit from external and internal , customer audit and CAPA validation.
85 按照上级QARA的要求，参与Pall进口新产品认证工作。
To assist import new product certificate work as senior QARA required.
85 相应内部公司要求，传达和协助产品隔离或召回等后续工作。
Inform and assist product quarantine and recall work as internal company required
85 协助销售完成来自客户的调查表等资料的填写。
Assist sales finish questionnaire form from customer
85 上级主管所要求的其他任务。
Other work form superior.


3、工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:
85 及时准确传达Pall总公司工业业务中与Pall China相关的政策规定，协助建立相应的内部政策并监督其执行。
Purse Pall Global PI policy which relative to Pall China , inform and assist to establish internal policy and supervise implementation.
85 及时了解中国法律法规变化，向Pall总公司的QARA及时汇报，并协助其制定相应政策。
Purse the change of Chinese laws and regulations and report to global QARA timely and assist to establish policy.
85 100% 记录在中国市场发生的不一致品抱怨，及时和IC、销售、客户及各Share Service部门沟通并传递相应信息，定期汇总报告
100% record nonconformity from china market, communicate with IC ,sales, customer and our share service department timely. Report period.
85 按计划完成进口产品的检测，认证工作，并及时上传到数据库中。
Complete test and validation work as schedule and update to database on time.
85 定期与检测机构交流沟通，了解新规范新要求，实际向公司相应部门传达。
Communicate with test institute to acknowledge new requirement and transfer to relevant department.
85 在收到销售通知的两个工作日内完成中文标签的转化工作，提供给销售以便发货。
Provide Chinese label in 2 days to sales.
85 定期检查现有进口产品是否满足现行法律法规要求。
Review if the import product meet current laws and regulations requirement period.
85 收到系统通知时即使进行数据库操作，定期回顾，保证审核按时完成。
Finish operation in database when received notification, and review period to push approval work complete in time.
85 收到质量文件要求时，及时准确的提供相应文件。
Provide quality document timely and correctly when required.
85 按照计划协助完成内审并按时回顾验证其措施。
Organize external and internal audit, assist customer audit and CAPA validation.
85 及时准确反馈上级QARA的要求，按计划完成新产品认证工作。
Response senior QARA requirement ASAP, and finished certificate work for new product according to plan.
85 3个工作日内完成客户调查表等文件的填写
Finish customer paper in 3 days.
85 及时准确完成上级交待的其他任务。
Finish other work that form senior timely and correctly.

本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业

具备较为丰富的质量管理经验，熟悉制造业生产运作流程；对公司产品的结构、原理以及生产所需原材料的质量判别标准有较为深刻的认识；对质量管理体系及质量法规有较为全面的了解。
