Identify, develop and manage the Core channel partners and key segment to achieve the businiess target. 1. Responsible for developing and maintain channel partners in North China. 2. Achieve sales target and soft targets, implement channel strategies. 3. In-depth understanding partner thinking, leverage partner resource to sell Eaton solution, make sure partner achieve targets 4. Recruiting segment and ecosystem partners, drive business plan with partner together. 5. Responsible for daily operation to support partners (payment collection, ordering, after-sales service, business review, etc.) 6. Through finding and cooperating with key segment customer/SI/partners to development segment and achieve business target
Qualifications:
* At least 5years of CAM (Channel Account Manager) or segment/account sales experience in related industry * Good awareness in IT/Network/data center industry, strong logical thinking, strong planning and good execution ability * Good at finding and solving problems, self-motivation and accountability * Ability to multi-tasks * Strong communication skills and a deeply understanding of industry channels and regional characteristics
