Responsibility 61 Manage locally sourced Cryogen orders 61 Manage web shop orders 61 Manage demo system orders 61 Manage loan systems/accessory orders 61 Process license requests 61 Process repair/returns orders 61 Process Cryo Maintenance kit orders 61 Process Prodigy Maintenance kit orders, Process Cold head maintenance orders 61 Process inter company stock transfer orders 61 Process third party purchase orders 61 Create all customer SAP invoices 61 Monitor closely all required documentation is in place for each order 61 Monitor incoming shipments of systems and parts and arrange customs formality works 61 Arrange export shipments of repair and follow-up with returns 61 Update SAP order status and delivery date based on the production's information 61 Update SFDC tool with SAP order number and required documents information 61 Work closely with Front office and Quotation Specialist team 61 Actively support SOX control and any related reports 61 Any other tasks to improve effectiveness apply 61 Back up support for same functions noted within the job description for other regions 61 Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Bruker products 61 Other duties as may be defined which are broadly in line with the duties and objectives above
