Job Description In your new role you will: -Responsible for providing consolidated regional inputs for global application roadmaps and providing customer feedback on roadmaps presented -Gathers, analyzes and provides market, customer, competitor insights from regional perspective to support focus areas / applications -Captures and consolidates regional application requirements including scouting and identifying emerging applications and use cases -Provides input for value proposition of division focus applications from regional perspective -Leads discussion about global application roadmaps in region -Responsible for deploying global G2M strategy to the region and managing G2M activities to enable Sales to capture maximum design win BOM share at maximum value-based mark up prices -Adapts & deploys global G2M strategy for the region, manages regional G2M activities on application level and feedback on customer /market acceptance of IFX solution offering -Provides guidance regarding regional market outlook and regional revenue forecast of IFX offering on application level (in commercialization phase) tied to regional application G2M strategy 职位要求: Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: -University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering -Minimum 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in power electronics or semiconductor related field -Strategic thinking, openness, learning agility -Proactive to work with internal and external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth -Excellent presentation and communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure -Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset -Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
