岗位职责：
1.System Analysis:
61Partner with China development division to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the systems.
61Participate in requirement gathering, including ad hoc business questions, new tool development, process improvements, and training needs.
61Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the systems.
61Help facilitate training and change management activities to enhance awareness and adoption of global development services and solutions.
2.Systems Administration Operational Support:
61Provide administrative and operational support of development systems.
61Monitor, assess, and improve the administrative and operational support processes – including user access, user experience, procedural documents, user training, and issue resolution.
3.Project Execution:
61Function as a Business Analyst within projects or other appropriate situations.
61Provide business-focused project deliverables including – but, not limited to – process engineering or reengineering, user requirements definition, test scenario, test case development, user training, acceptance testing, and business support administration.
4.Relationship Collaboration:
61Partner on projects, system changes, and system support efforts with China development division, global G-DIM team, and cross functional teams including IT professionals and external partners.
61Serve as liaison between the development team and information technology team members.

岗位要求：
-Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience (e.g., in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical R&D, regulatory operations, data analysis, IT support, or business consulting)
-Excellent oral and written English and Chinese are required
-Demonstrated experience within or supporting Research & Development processes, roles and systems is required
-Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both global and local teams.
-Experience in development systems such as clinical data repository, statistical computing environment, regulatory content management, registration management, publishing, eTMF, CTMS is preferred.
