Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to document, edit and maintain process control specification, control plan, FMEA, and respective process step work instruction for prototype builds.
2. Review product documents for Prototype Builds on timely manner. Feedback to respective project manager or prototype planner is clarification is needed.
3. Feedback to NPT engineering manager for any product risk if any during the product review.
4. Provide clear instructions to Prototype Operations for all prototype builds.
5. Participate in the development activities to ensure the capability readiness to run qual or engineering activities.
6. Participate in all capability development projects in own process area. This includes, equipment related upgrade, process change, etc. to achieve company quality and business goals.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree with engineering related majors or experience equivalent to that.
2. More than 3 years working experience, strong hands on & engineering management in semiconductor industry.
3. Have fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills.
4. With good SPC, DOE, 8D, 6sigma, FEMA/PFMEA and relevant Engineering and Quality competence/tools or with ability after training.
5. Be familiar with Semicon relevant information, relevant process MFG, Equ, process knowledge.
