What are your responsibilities?
This hybrid role bridges finance and technology, driving data-informed decision making across our organization and translating complex financial data into actionable business insights.
● Perform and ensure reliable financial reporting on level of SMO Greater China. Prepare business presentation for executive management to support strategic decision making. Support regular BU/Region performance review. ● Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive financial excellence. Set-up and optimize controlling concept, system and relevant processes. e.g., period end closing, forecast and budget planning. ● Implementation and Governance of guidance and regulations of Siemens Accounting and Financing, SMO FPM or BU specifically ● Drive digital transformation within the area of responsibility to serve internal customer needs with streamlined, efficient processes ● Develop financial digitalization tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
Who are we looking for?
● Bachelor or advanced degree in a finance related field ● 5+ years financial experience in MNC or Big4 ● Solid knowledge on financial accounting, project business preferred ● Be skilled in digitalization tools, e.g., Power BI, Mendix, Qlik Sense, RPA/RDA, etc. Experience with AI applications in finance is a plus ● Proactive, self-driven with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities ● Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with all counterparties ● SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced Excel and PPT skills as a plus ● Fluent in both written and oral English
