- In this role, we seek a detail-oriented Business Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

- You will be mainly accountable for:
- 1) Financial Analysis & Reporting
- ● Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and KPIs to assess business performance.
- ● Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders, highlighting variances against budgets/forecasts.
- ● Support on annual budgeting and rolling forecast process.
- ● Collaborate with business managers to align financial plans with business goals.
- 2) Strategic Support
- ● Provide data-driven recommendations to management for growth strategies & decision making.
- ● Develop financial models (DCF, NPV, scenario/sensitivity analysis) to evaluate investments or strategic projects.
- ● Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, PM, R&D) to identify cost-saving/lean opportunities.
- 3) Process Improvement
- ● Automate reporting and streamline workflows using tools.
- ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PRC/US GAAP) and internal controls.


- ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- ● Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. Plant experience and deep-dive ability on manufacturing cost is a plus
- ● Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
- ● Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- ● Certifications: CPA, CMA is a plus
