Job description（JD）：
61 Responsible for the new product development and localization of vertical multistage pumps, take role of both project manager and lead engineer include product design, drawings, BOM and write relevant technical documents/ standards, project management.
61 Technical support to other departments: Production, Purchasing, Quality, Service for serious problem
61 Provide technical solution and product improvement for special applications and requests.
61 Responsible for execution of engineering task and Order as both project leader and technical engineer. Build and lead a cross-function team, make and follow schedule,Coordinate with different stakeholders to deliver the projects.
61 Responsible for product care, take related job as the engineer role within product cyclelife time. Collaborate across countries to accomplish the management of the corresponding product line platforms
61 Optimize product from cost saving perspective.
61 Responsible for innovation and application expertise, visit customers to identify their pain points and provide solutions. Completion of intellectual property and innovation task.
Requirement：
61 Master degree with major on fluid mechanical engineering. The research direction should be highly related to pump product design, fluid mechanics simulation, and hydraulic model optimization
61 Deep knowledge in following areas: Proficient in at least one professional tool: Fluid simulation: ANSYS CFX/Fluent, PumpLinx, NUMECA; Structural design: NX. Familiarity with industry standards: ANSI/UL 778、ISO 5198、GB/T 5656;Bonus points: Master Python/Matlab for the development of pump performance parameter optimization algorithms;Experience in CAE and experimental data fusion analysis.
61 Participated in research on water pump/fluid machinery related topics (papers/project reports are required); Internship experience in pump products enterprises is preferred
61 Comprehensive quality: CET-6 or above in English, proficient in reading ASME/SAE and other English technical literature
61 Have teamwork ability and technological innovation awareness
61 Language: English and Chinese
