Responsibilities岗位职责：
1.SQE for interiors, responsible for supplier industrialization development and management.负责供应商产业化开发和管理；
2.Oversee supplier capability assessments, process audits, and industrialization roadmaps to ensure alignment with company standards.执行供应商能力评估、过程审核及工业化路线规划，确保符合企业标准；
3.Collaborate with suppliers to optimize production processes (e.g., stamping, injection molding, assembly) for interiors.协同供应商优化冲压/注塑/装配等内饰生产流程，提升工艺稳定性；
4.Responsible for finding/realizing cost reduction in his/her sub-commodity所负责零部件的成本控制；
5.Responsible for capacity management and evaluation负责产能和管理评估；
6.Responsible for sustainability management负责可持续稳定性性管理；
7.Other topics defined in the yearly target agreement其他与年度目标相关的职责。

Qualifications任职资格:
1. Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Electronics are prefered汽车工程、机械制造或电子专业优；
2. Be familiar with the manufacturing process of automotive parts, proficient in the five core quality tools(APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA), and familiar with the IATF16949/ISO 9001 standards熟悉汽车零部件制造流程，精通五大核心质量工具，熟悉 IATF16949/ISO 9001 标准；
3. 5+ years in automotive interiors, with 3+ years in supplier industrialization/SQE roles. 5 年以上的汽车内饰质量管理经验,3年以上供应商质量管理/工业化项目经验；
4. Proven expertise in SQE, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and production process optimization, Familiarity with materials (e.g., leather, plastics, textiles) and ergonomics for interiors.精通APQP/PPAP/FMEA等工具，熟悉皮革/塑料/纺织等内饰材料特性；
5. in-depth understanding of quality technology and fault/risk analysis methods, and basic knowledge of statistical process control (SPC)对质量技术及故障 / 风险分析方法有深入了解，详细掌握基本统计过程控制知识；
6. Strong conflict resolution, organizational coordination, and teamwork abilities具备较强的冲突解决能力，组织协调能力、团队协作能力；
7. English proficiency required, capable of working in an English-speaking environment英语能作为工作语言;
8. Willings to travel接受出差。

Advanced proficiency in quality tools (SPC, 8D, 5Why) and software (e.g., SAP, QAD),Interiors production process etc. 熟练掌握质量工具（SPC, 8D, 5Why）和软件（如SAP， QAD），内饰生产流程工艺等;
Fluent in English; strong communication and negotiation skills.英语流利；较强的沟通和谈判技巧。
