Position Objective ● To accomplish the defined EHS&S tasks in company and assist EHS&S&S manager with relevant EHS&S issues ● EHS&S-DBS integration Essential Job Functions: ● Motivate and training all associate to follow STSU(Stop Think Speak-Up) by leveraging 4E series tool ● Tracking improvement in “++” (EHS&S leading indicator & lagging indicator) that is tied to Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools (4E, Kamishibai layered-audit, EHS&S calendar), consulting skills, and the change management process. ● Assist EHS&S Manager promote the EHS&S culture (i.e., how to use the 4E tools to drive sustainable improvement to eliminate risks, conduct EHS&S Campaigns). ● Directly conduct EHS&S training and coaching ● Responsible for Environment and Sustainability Work Standardization System. Response to employee concerns relative to environment and sustainability. ● Management of Change of EHS&S. ● Assist EHS&S manager to maintain Business Continuity System ISO22301(as appropriate). ● Tracking actions of all departments/functions base on its EHS&S goals monthly ● Improve Waste Management. ● Joint the annual EHS&S training matrix review /update and follow the plan. ● Review and keep regular update on national, local government laws/regulations concerning healthy, safety, environment and sustainability. ● Interface with the periodically inspection lead by local government or agencies and make correct action plan for related issues. ● Assist EHS&S Manager to prepare and accept audit of ISO14001&45001 by outside agencies, such as JOB SPECIFICATION, third -party audit, consultants and corporate auditors, follow up the improvement actions. Minimum Qualifications: ● At least 2 years practitioner experience in EHS&S. ● Very customer focused and has strong interpersonal and communications skills. ● Bachelor Degree in environment/safety management required; ● Good analytical skills ● Sensitive to data ● Proficiency in English, verbal and written Position Competencies: ● Teamwork - must be able to lead a team(s) of Danaher employees from multiple disciplines and/or companies ● Results orientation - must deliver results ● Communication—must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms, and at all levels in the organization.
