What a typical day looks like: 61 Work with GAM team or Customers to find more new business & relationship management for Changsha. 61 Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets 61 Develop additional business form current customer 61 Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. 61 Manage assigned programs as site account owner and lead of CFT team. 61 Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. - Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. 61 Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. 61 Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. 61 Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities. 61 Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. 61 Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. 61 Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 61 Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience 61 More than 8 years’ experience in program management. 61 Good English and Chinese communication ability 61 Demonstrates advanced program management, operations, and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills 61 Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. 61 Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management. 61 Quick learner, good communication skills and can work under pressure What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: 61 Social Insurance 61 Life Insurance 61 PTO
