岗位职责：
Duties:
1. 主要负责VA/VE 工作，协助研发完成黑白箱测试;
Mainly responsible for VA/VE work, assist R&D for black/white box test;
2. 协助处理战略采购事务;
Assist in handling strategic procurement jobs;
3. 对接海外完成change request 流程;
Connect with abroad to the change request process independently;
4. 协助研发新项目开发；
Assist the R&D in developing new projects;
5. 协调供应商账期;
Coordinate supplier with the payment terms;
6. 领导安排的其他事情。
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
技能及能力：
Skills and Abilities:
1. 供应商选择及价格分析的能力，特别在PCBA有价格分析的能力，确保供应商报价合理，准确。对技术有很深了解;
Ability for the supplier evaluate and cost analysis, especially for the PCBA, electronic components, to ensure the cost from supplier is accurate and reasonable. High level of technical understanding;
2. 在流程上能给到上级领导合理话的建议，以便于公司流程更合理;
Ability of giving some procedure improvement proposal to manager to ensure the procedure most suitable and smoothly;
3. 跨部门沟通协调的能力，能确保工作准时且准确的完成;
Ability to communicate and coordinate across departments to make sure each task can be finished accurately and punctually;
4. 具备初步品质管理理念，确保公司购入物料有优性价比;
With initial quality management concept, to ensure that the purchased materials have the best cost and quality performance;
5. 具有较强的沟通技巧和逻辑性，确保谈判的高效性;
Has strong communication skills and clear logic to ensure the high efficiency of negotiations;
7. 英文口语沟通流利，CET 6级或6级以上。
Fluent in spoken English, CET 6 or above.
8. 具有研究、诊断、故障排除和寻找解决方案的能力
