Responsibilities:
1. Planning for fabrication /machining/assembling according to workshop work load and target date of project. Ensure project delivery.
根据车间载荷和项目目标日期，制定焊接/机加/装配计划。 确保项目交付。

2. Regularly prepare, up-date and distribute the Manufacturing planning, (Making Macro P workload monthly, publishing 3 months planning）
定期准备和更新发布生产计划( 每月宏观计划载荷，发布未来三个月计划）

3. Preparing the 3 months advance manufacturing plan will be released on the first working day(start review the plan 15 days in advance). The progress of manufacturing plan need to be monitored weekly.
提前准备三个月的生产计划，并在每月的***个工作日发布,并提前15天开始准备收集信息。 每周跟踪监控生产计划的进度

4. Giving the assembling list of next month to assembling workshop; preparing all the information for weekly meeting of production.
将下个月的装配清单交给装配车间； 准备每周生产会议的所有信息。

5. Organizing and leading the weekly review, following up planning meeting.(for critcial issues)
组织每周的进度复核会，跟踪生产计划的困难点

6. Eventualy review of the existing manufacturing plan need to keep in consideration the actual situation of the manufacturing progress, new update priorities and external uncontrolled situation that can influence the project delivery date (ex : Goverment requirement; HC availabilities; customer request ......)
定期评审目前进行的生产计划，需要综合考虑一些会对生产交付产生影视的因素 如考虑生产的实际进度，项目优先顺序，以及外部不可控形势。 （政府政策，人数，客户要求等）

7. Make available on the system the monthly planning and any following up-dates to the department that are directly (Ex: Manufacturing, QC,) and indirectly (ex: WH; Maintenance; PM ) contribute on the 4050 and 4060 fulfilment.
保持系统里的数据更新，跟踪并及时将信息更新给这些影响项目开工4050，项目关工 4060的直接部门（生产，质检QC等）和间接部门（仓库，维护，项目经理等）

8. Following the project status in purchasing/machining, and adjusting project according to situation of project fulfillment, and organizing and coordinating PM、QC、Purchasing、UT to solve the problem in order to complete the project on schedule.
跟踪采购件/机加工件状态，并根据进度调整项目，组织协调PM，QC，采购，PED解决问题，以按时完成项目。

9. Support process estimating the LT for new orders.
为新订单评估交期提供支持
10. Actively behave as a team member. Support and help others team member on reaching the common company goals although is not directly related to his duty. Completes other jobs required by the company.
团队协作，互相支持，为公司的共同目标而努力即使不是自己的工作职责范围内。 并完成其他公司要求的任务

11.Summary all kinds of problem in project fulfillment, sharing information with colleagues to avoid similar problem happen again.
总结项目执行中的各种问题，与同事共享信息，以避免再次发生类似的问题。

12. When assignment, process, information duty are not clear ask for clarification.
如对任务，流程，责任信息不清，需及时澄清

Skills:
1. Bachelor or above. Major in Science and Engineering.
本科以上学历。 理工科专业。

2. Good skill of communication, coordination, organization;
Strong skill on problem finding, analyzing, solving.
-良好的沟通，协调，组织能力；-善于发现，分析和解决问题的能力。

3. Can read mechanical drawings, priority if be familiar with Danieli production;
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficient in office software (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) operation.
-可以解读机械图纸，如果熟悉达涅利产品更好；-良好的英语听，说，读，写能力； -熟练使用办公软件（MS Office Word，Excel，Power Point等）。

4. Good team player, strong skill on solidarity, strong responsibility, open mind, and self-motivated.
