Job Purpose 岗位目的：
管理,领导和激励机器工厂团队，在安全的前提下，保质保量，准时完成机器生产任务。 The primary role is to manage, lead and stimulate the printer plant team. The task is to ensure printer products are delivery on time at company quality standard and cost, in Safety method and compliant to environment and Health policy, improve printer plant performance continuously.

1. 制定部门HSE目标并监控改善 a. 按照公司目标，制订直接下属安全目标，监控目标的完成情况; b. 制订相应的管控和改善措施，并实施，根据实施效果，评估措施的有效性. Develop departmental HSE objectives ， monitor and improve a. Develop safety goals for direct subordinates according to company goals and monitor the completion of the goals; b. Requirements要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械，电子，管理等相关专业 Bachelor and above，Mechanical, electronic, management and related majors. 2.5年以上制造业工作经验 ，至少3年的管理经验 At least625 years’ experience in62manufacturing enterprise， Minimum 3 years at management role experience 3.Lean manufacturing 了解精益制造相关知识 4.良好的沟通能力；团队管理能力；协调能力；复杂环境中分析和决策能力。 Good communication skills; team management ability; coordination ability; analytical and decision-making ability in complex environments.
