Major Responsibilities: 80 Integrate activities within buying organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support 80 For ranges of commodities respond quickly to any quality assurance issues, be aware of deteriorating or persistent problems, and act decisively to resolve it at a timely manner. 80 Implement and support the change management process regarding supplier components, including PPAP approval, Run@Rate audit. 80 Develop and implement plans to achieve targeted objectives for TFS suppliers and or bad performance suppliers. 80 Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting audit, workshops and/or training at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing quality systems, and other manufacturing technical support as required. 80 Function globally with various staffs and suppliers to coordinate/implement effective and timely resolution to quality issues. 80 Interprets, implements, and administers Nexteer SQ practices, policies & procedures Skills and Abilities/Qualification: 80 High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems by 3L5-why, 8-D problem solving tools, etc. 80 High level of sense of urgency and problem-solving approach / mindset 80 Technology degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience 80 Be able to check tooling gauge design and skillful in GD&T 80 Proficient oral and written communication skills. 80 Highly proficient in desktop computer skills 80 Must be able and willing to travel internationally, frequently at times. 80 Certification for IATF16949 80 Bachelor Educational Major- Engineering Experience: 80 3 years of quality management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus. 80 8 years of quality management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus.
