1. lead quality technician, drive the continuous improvement projects. lead the document control; Conduct daily quality activities, push and manage the problem solving timely and efficiently. 2. Process quality risk review and improve, Quality issue solving from customer and internal process. Investigate and follow up products quality issues when any nonconformity happened; internal SPC, MSA and Change management. 3. Participate and conduct internal audit. Conduct process audit and product audit according to IATF16949 requirements and company’s strategy. Make sure the process is effective; 4. Quality data collection and review, tracing the quality performance regularly. Drive continuous improvement model. 8D maintenance and follow up; 5. Be responsible for local supplier management, push supplier to improve product quality to meet production requirement and customer spec. 6. Communicate with customers regarding concerns, continuous Improvement and engineering changes, coordinate customer audit. 7. Pass quality IATF16949 audit, and assistant QEHS manager to maintain the environment, occupational health and safety management system according to ,ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements; 8. Coordinate APQP activities with cross functional team to prepare product specifications, PPAP documents. Perform MSA, analyse process capability data; 9. Other tasks assigned by QEHS manager Requirements: 1)Bachelor degree or above. 2)With 5 years or above quality assurance experience, at least 3 years in automotive industry 3)Familiar with OEM management system. 4) good ability in written/oral English; 5) IATF16949 internal auditor. VDA internal audit certification as a plus 6) QC 7 tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP); 7) Familiar with office software, especially for Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
