As a member of the Logistic department of Lear Changshu Branch, it will be responsible to arrange production plan, Update FTE, Material PO Management, Material Tracking, Inventory Management, PI & Cycle Count.

The Role
Key responsibilities include the following:

61 Responsible for production plan and material pull in plan.
61 Responsible for materials on time delivery, production plan execution.
61 Update/adjust production plan according to the factors including customer demand update, material shortage, quality issue, machine issue, labor issue, ECN, BOM updating, etc. Monitor and follow up production performance.
61 Monitor and follow up supplier performance, communicate with purchasing team for material issue, manage material parameters into system.
61 Weekly update FTE calculation and organize review meeting with Production and HR
61 Inventory Management
61 Arrange PI and cycle count.

Qualifications：
61 Bachelor’s degree or above.
61 3 years’ experience in Planner position.
61 Can clear express self directly with communication skill.
61 Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading & writing.
61 Experience in ERP/MRP. Be familiar with MS Office
61 Has strong accountability, be able to fully and complete working task qualified on time
61 Can add import & transportation/finance/sales elements into planning consideration and balance sheet.
61 To be able to withstand pressure, assertive behavior, flexibility, non-conflict personality.
