Primary job duties

§ support the customers in application engineering with focus on respective business field
§ build up and maintain very strong, long-lasting business relations to customer teams (pre-development, product development, engineering etc.)
§ interact with customers to understand their needs and requirements
§ co-develop, co-design and implement products that will fully comply with the specification, customer’s needs and industry standards
§ provide customer service and respond to customer issues on a technical level during product development phase
§ drive product development (develop, design, manufacture and test prototypes, follow test performance in application etc.)
§ prepare and perform technical presentations and product demonstrations

Other job duties
§ co-create products and applications that are recognized as innovative solutions to common problems
§ support sales in acquisition phase for new customers § cooperate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality and others
§communicate and act proactively across departments and locations
§ other duties as needed or require
