岗位职责：
1. 支持新项目的前期ME报价，包括设备投资和标准工时；
2. 负责新产品的过程设计，防错及测试；
3. 负责现有项目的持续改善，配合解决现场生产制造相关问题；
4. 按照公司设备标准起草规划设备技术协议，询价并和采购部一起选择供应商；
5. 跟踪产线设备制造过程，并根据公司设备标准主导设备验收，准备设备相关验收的认证资料（Cmk,Gage R&R,其他点检表）；
6. 根据设备性能制定生产设备工艺参数，并验证可靠性；
7. 编写生产工艺相关的所有文件，PFMEA，工艺流程图，工艺特性，作业指导书或其他PPAP要求文件）；
8. 主导建立每一过程的标准时间并在SAP中维护；
9. 负责或支持新项目的内部过程审核；
10. 培训产线员工；
11. 负责本工作区域和本岗位的安全、环境、职业健康管理相关的事宜；
12. 履行本岗位应尽的安全职责；
13. 完成主管安排的其他任务。
1. Support for new project quotation, including production equipment investment and standard time calculation.
2. Responsible for product process design include Poka Yoke and testing flow.
3. Responsible for production continue improvement and trouble shooting for daily production.
4. According to company‘s equipment standard, prepare production equipment technical protocol, quotation and select supplier together with purchasing.
5. Follow up equipment building process and responsible for equipment acceptance, and prepare document (Cmk, Gage R&R, checking sheet，etc.)
6. Initial process parameter and verification.
7. Prepare process document PFMEA, Flowchart, key characteristic, working instruction, and other PPAP document.
8. Create and maintain Standard time in SAP.
9. Supporting internal process audit.
10. Training operator.
11. Responsible for safety, environment and occupational health management related matters of the position and in the work area.
12. Execute the safety duties of this position.

任职要求：
1. 大专学历及以上，机械设计，机电一体化，工业自动化等专业；
2. 3年以上制造工程相关经验，有设备设计经验的优先。
3. 理解各种防错传感器应用，了解电气设备控制原理和逻辑；
4. 根据体系要求验收验证设备；
5. 装配工装的设计经验；
6. 有主导电气自动化设备或产线构建经验优先；
7. 独立计划工作能力；
8. 熟练使用MS Office软件(Word, Powerpoint, Excel)和AUTOCAD；
9. 多任务导向，维护保密信息；
10. 具有IATF16949, ISO14001相关的专业知识，了解ISO45001、二级安全生产标准化相关知识。
1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or related.
2. 3 years related ME experience in automotive industry, experience in equipment design is preferred.
Professional Skills and Requirement:
3. Understand the application of Poka Yoke sensors, understand the control principle and logic of electrical equipment.
4. Accept and verify the equipment according to system requirements.
5. Design experience of assembly tools.
6. Experience in leading electrical automation equipment or production line construction is preferred.
7. Be capable of working independently.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD.
9. Multi-tasking, maintaining confidential information.
10. Knowledge related about IATF16949 and ISO14001, ISO45001 and secondary safety standardization.
