Specific duties of this position include:

Top down the BU target relating to individual manufacturing department.
实施BU对制造部门的目标要求；
Control production status, evaluate and deploy resources to balance production capacity and loading; forecast, provide and adjust resources (human, machines, energy, components, services…) according to deliveries requested and budget for the best interest of Changshu plant.
根据交付要求及常熟工厂的利益合理控制生产状况，评估和部署资源，以平衡生产能力和装载量; 预测、提供和调整资源（人力、机器、能源、组件、服务……）
Planning of new investment for machines and equipment based on production plan.
根据生产计划制定新设备投入计划；
Master all operation process for all production processes and allocate the manpower and equipment effectively; adjust the production process and layout to improve the production efficiency.
控制所有生产流程的所有操作流程，并有效分配人力和设备;调整生产流程和布局，提高生产效率；
Evaluating and planning of manufacturing processes based on production plan.
根据生产计划评估生产制造流程计划
Manage, train, and motivate supervisors and all workers to achieve the required targets.
管理、培训和激励所有生产主管及生产部员工以实现他们的目标
Review the status of planning and manufacturing, cost management, quality management and the delivery, define and implement the measures to ensure the business plan targets.

Ensure the IATF16949 quality management system follow up in the area.
确保所负责区域满足IATF16949质量体系要求
Quality tools implementation (FMEA, CP,8D, QAM, etc) in the area according to FM standards
根据FM标准在所负责区域实施相关质量工具如（FMEA, CP, , 8D, QAM 等）
Review customer special requirements and complaints, implement the defined measures.
确认客户的特殊要求，如果有客诉，及时实行改善措施
In case of problem, is responsible for the quality and the speed of answer to customers for the strength of the actions to aovid recurrence, and for the costs generated by the potential delay of the problem solving.
如遇到问题，需快速并高质量回复客户，并采取行动以避免重复发生，避免因拖延所产生的成本。
Following all government and plant safety and environment regulations through planning, implementation and manufacturing including proper use of industrial safety equipments

Monitor the implementation of 5s and production safety.

Coordinate projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction in the production area.

Coordinate with other functions to establish the maximize allocation of resources.

Appraise the performance of subordinates and provide on-job training.

Cooperate with process engineering to standardize manufacturing process and evaluate improvement.
协助工程师进行生产流程的优化、改善及评估
Supervising/leading inbound and outbound warehouse to ensure completion of assigned tasks in accordance with established processes.
管理及导入站和对外仓库，以确保按照既定程序完成指定的任务
Responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.

Ensuring parts inventory is received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Lead cycle counting and ensure stock accuracy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree
本科及以上学历
University degree in engineering, automotive or other related

Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
