1. Be responsible to establish and maintain Q&HSE and Energy management system of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Safety standardization, ISO50001.
2. Coordinates with other function managers in proposing and monitoring the KPI performance and organize the management review meeting.
3. To organize and carry out the internal audit and coordinate the external audit. Internal audit including internal system audit, process & product audit. Follow up the action plans from internal and external audit findings.
4. Guide for the management of quality and HSE and Energy management documentation system.
5. Make training for Q&HSE and Energy management system.
6. Handling of customer complaint and follow up.
7. Manage the product external testing, maintain the effectiveness of reports and certificates.
8. Be in charge of the quality & product related norm collection and applicability identification and implementation.
9. Manage the product certification program with 3rd party;
10. Support on the technical documents for project bidding.
11. Organize the training for related teams concerning product technical performance, norm requirements.
12. Make training for sustainable knowledge and support on sustainable development plan.
13. Support on energy management compliance, consumption monitoring and energy saving project follow up.
14. Quality & HSE & Energy saving awareness training and promote within the team.
15. Make training and ensure the team understand the position related EHS knowledge and operation skill and ability to preventive accident.
16. To implement the national EHS&En regulations, standard and company EHS&En procedure, and distribute EHS&En responsibility to manage team and scope.
17. The specific duty is defined in the EHS Responsibility Letter which signed by individual.
