BASIC JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES：
基本工作职能/职责：

85 Follow up new product PPAP and draft CP.
跟进新产品的PPAP,并编写控制计划
85 Provide technical support for the assembling line, ensure the fluent running of the production from quality aspect.
为生产装配提供技术支持,从质量方面确保产品的正常生产
85 Analyze the quality issue happened in assembling process and OQC inspection, follow up its resolving.
分析并跟进解决生产线以及成品检验中发现的质量问题
85 Participate in customer audit and quality system certification(ISO, XHJS certification……)
参与客户审核以及质量体系认证 （ISO, 新华节水认证等）
85 Manage Inspection team and measurement lab, resolve the problem during inspection。
管理检验团队和测量室并解决检验过程中遇到的问题
85 Assist Plant Quality Manager to improve the quality system and achieve related KPI (YTD, PPM, etc.)
协助工厂质量经理改善质量体系,并完成相关业绩指标(YTD,PPM等)
85 Familiar with Lean and 6 Sigma knowledge, assist in management of the planning and implementation of Lean activities, and participate in Lean training activities.
熟悉Lean、6 Sigma相关知识，协助推进工厂Lean相关活动并参与公司相关Lean方面的培训。
85 Insist Moen EHS policy, actively attend the EHS activities and support the related work.
坚持MOEN的EHS政策,参加有关活动并支持相关工作

QUALIFICATIONS：
资格：
85 Bachelor degree or above
本科或以上学历
85 5 years or above work experience as quality engineer
5年以上质量工程师相关工作经验
85 Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Mechanical specialty is preferable
机械或工业工程专业
85 CET-4 or above, good oral and written English skill
良好的英语沟通能力,CET-4或以上
85 Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力
85 Good team work attitude
良好的团队合作精神
85 Synthetic and precise thinking habit, with strong sense of responsibility.
