Planned service term: 2025.5.1~2026.9.30 Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Lead the activities including staffing, recruiting, employees’ onboarding, ermination, and records maintenance. 2.Make the change and monthly audit of production employees in HRIS. 3.Monthly attendance check/leave record check/consolidation and payroll check. 4.Training coordination support base on leader’s requirement and conduct training for employees. 5.Rewards and benefits program coordination and/or administration. 6.Support line manager about the compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, roundtable, learning and development and other HR related activities. 7.Support line manager to make the employee and labor relations and communications. 8.Support line manager to generate and analyze various HR reports to identify HR areas. 9.Work with various parties to organize employee activities to enhance employee engagement and promote culture and values. 10.Monthly bill check and payment application for all HR&Adm services, such as plant rent expense, HR service, employees background checking etc. 11.Relocation services (domestic and international) if needed. 12.Work with various parties to organize employee activities to enhance employee engagement and promote culture and values for improvement proactively. 13.Company bulletin board management 14.Responsible for the general office administration, including repair & maintenance, cleaning, water supply, pantry refill, property office liaison, plants, stationery, etc. 15.Office equipment and stationery preparation and purchasing, name card printing, etc. 16.Courier service co-ordination. 17.Incoming/outgoing courier/letter/DM receiving and delivery 18.Conference room availability control. 19.Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information. 20.Answer telephone calls and provide the information needed. 21.Travel arrangement. 22.Familiar with SHE laws, and regulations related to the position, understand, and master the ISO 14001 environmental management system and China occupational safety and health management system operation and management. 23.Implement and support Safety, Health, and Environmental activities. 24.Other works assigned by leader, and outside business work. Qualifications: 1.University degree, preferably major is in English. 2.A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the manufacturing function is an advantage. 3.Good knowledge of HR function including social legislation, talent development, and performance management, staffing and recruiting are preferred in this role; 4.Passionate about HR business partnering job and is willing to learn. 5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across different levels of the function.
