1. 参与前期定位公差和测点开发，并根据之前项目的经验教训为定位公差和测点的开发提供输入。

2. Resopnsible for the DVA 3D model build, the product tolerance define and reasonability analysis in DVA 3D model, and work together with PD to output the reasonable tolerance.
负责尺寸偏差分析3D模型建立，产品公差定义和合理性分析，与产品开发部共同制定出合理的产品公差。
3. 负责组织总装件设计评审，组织Risk gap plan活动，识别BIW关键功能尺寸，给总装件和车身尺寸提供明确的目标。
Responsible for organizing assembly parts design review, organizing Risk gap plan activities, identifing BIW key functional dimensions, and providing clear goals for assembly parts and body size.
4. 负责尺寸工装，开口检具等的设计评审，现场调试和验收，并制定使用的控制计划。负责零件检具的设计评审和验收工作，负责审核并批准单件PPIR中的尺寸检查项目，必要时提出K表的更新建议。
Responsible for fixture and aperture gauge design review, commisioning and acceptance, and make the control plan for using.Responsible for the design review and acceptance of checking checking, be responsible for reviewing and approving the PPIR, propose the updating suggestion of K table if necessary.
5. 负责组织E-cube造车活动，推动零件尺寸达到单件公差目标。负责组织ECF造车活动，推动开启件尺寸优化，指导调整线目标设定。
Responsible for organizing e-cube activities and promoting parts dimension to achieve single tolerance target.Responsible for the organization of ECF activities, promote the dimension optimization of closure, guide the adjustment cladding line goal setting.
6. 负责投产期间的DOE验证活动，识别设计和工艺产生稳定的尺寸贡献，并向AME T&F和调整线输出工艺指令或控制值。
Responsible for organizing DOE activities during launch, identify design and process influence for stable dimensional contribution, and output process instructions or control values to AME T&F and cladding lines.
7. 负责总装匹配重点区域制定监控策略和计划，支持调整线和总装的控制计划的制定，提出尺寸的控制需求。
Responsible for establishment of monitoring strategy for critical areas of vechicle matching, support the establishment of control plan for cladding line and T&F, and propose the dimension control requirements.
8. 支持BIW调整线集成工作，结合calipri，DOE和总装缺陷输出调整线目标，并制定调整线calipri工位出车标准。
Support BIW cladding line integration work, combine calipri, DOE and assembly output for cladding line target, and develop calipri station standard.
9. 负责各个造车阶段出现的复杂总装匹配问题的分析和解决。支持各造车阶段出现的与整车尺寸强相关的功能性问题的分析和解决。
Responsible for the analysis and solution of the complex vechicle matching problems. Support the analysis and solution of functional problems which are strongly related to the dimension.
10. 支持参加5F/process chain/LMM等项目会议，汇报项目状态，升级项目阻碍项。Support for 5F/process chain/LMM, report project progress and red issue.
11. 协调部门实施和监控遵守公司的行为标准(TS16949, ISO 14001, 等) Co-ordinate the implementation and monitoring of the department's compliance with corporate initiatives / Standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, etc)

录用要求：
"1. Bachelor Degree. Knowledge of dimension quality is necessary and GD&T/ SPC/PPAP as well.
Knowledge of Body/Press process and MSA/7 Diamonds (or RedX) /APQP/PFMEA is preferred"
2. Example of Skills: Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CATIA, Project). Strong communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin.Experience of DVA 3D model build by VSA or 3DCS
3. Examples of Related Experiences: 4-year plus automotive background with multinational OEM. At least 4 years team management experience. Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
4. Examples of Behavioral Criteria: Able to be flexible with working arrangements including shifts & overtime where required. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives. Must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meet deadlines.
5.Rich experience in VM, metrology and manufacturing engineering are beneficial to intended role. Strong organisational and numerical skills. Experience of dimension development and establishment and data analysis/management.
