1. Drive projects/Products/Solution technical development and industrialization.
2. Solutions definition/ implementation /verification/validation/documentation considering full chain (reliability&quality&manufacturability/installability/maintainability).
3. Early phase R&D work for new solutions as expert role in TMS products.
4. Responsible for TMS system solution and components integration ;
5. Responsible for the formulation of technical standards and process documents for TMS products ;
6. Co-operation with cross function departments for products/ solution implementation- both global and local& outside R&D towards business, supplier chain, partners.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics cooling and HVAC;
2. Has experience with System simulation software is a plus(GT-Suite);
3. 5 years or more of development experience in R&D field of refrigerant products, Coolant product, HVAC system, heat pump system.
4. Strong self-motivated and team work spirit.
5. Familiar with heat pump system technology, system integration and control logic.
6. Good English reading, writing and communication skills.
7. Good relationship with OEM customer are preferred.
8. Familiar with the vehicle development process.
