1. Ensures that design intent is captured and preserved throughout design process.
2. Ensures the stack-ups calculation
3. Ensures that drawings quality
4. Maintains controlled drawings and their BOM structure in an SQL Database.
5. Generate assembly and detail drawings for Prototype and Current Production.
6. Design and detail new fixtures, gages, and tooling.
7. ProE (Cre/o) Solid Modeling experience is required. IDeas, CATIA & UG NX experience
8. Manages and co-ordinates all product related ECNs. Manage ECN log and procedure.
9. Performs work with minimal or no supervision.
10. Understand GD&T very well
11. Actuator development
12. Contributes positively in a team environment.
13. Performs other tasks as assigned or required.

3. Ability to visualize three dimensional features and geometry
4. Knowledge of Quality System Requirements
5. Basic oral English communication skills
6. General Understanding of coolant thermal management system
7. Actuators development experience preferred
8. Plastic gear train design experience preferred
9. BLDC/BDC motor knowledge will be a plus
