Duties and Responsibilities：
1.Provide cost of purchased parts to PM for new project quotation. Lead to define within PUR and with cross-functional departments on the localization rate.
2.Project leader within PUR to ensure the purchasing activities of project launch, including supplier development plan, supplier sourcing, tooling kickoff, OTS and PPAP, according to requirements in schedule, cost and quality.
3.Ensure the project cost of purchased parts is meeting the BOM cost at the awarding phase.
4.Define with Cross-functional team (PE, PM) on VAVE projects. Lead VAVE project within PUR, i.e., localization, resourcing.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, engineering educational background is preferred.
2. Detailed knowledge of EE, PCBA is prefer.
3. Proficient English and Chinese.
4. More than 5 years experience in purchasing project management.
5. More than 7 years purchasing management experience in Automotive industry TIER1.
