Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop suitable supplier base for the assigned components according to MAHLE related procedures and regulations.
2. Familiar with the production process for the commodity of stamping, deep drawn parts and magnets.
3. Cooperation, alignment, make the proposal with project purchasing, purchasing quality and get the proposal approved.
4. Assist and define commodity strategy with other regions CB and global LB from the input of user department and customer demands, continue to optimize the strategy.
5. Fulfill annual price negotiation based on contractual status and top-down yearly reduction target and contract with the suppliers.
6. Capacity planning, strategy meeting with key suppliers, and continue optimize the supplier base and increase the localization rate, to achieve the cost benefit.
7. Contracting with the suppliers based on MAHLE standard requests.Supplier risk assessment and mitigation
8. Complete purchasing job in various PUR IT tool, i.e. SAP, P4T, etc. Deal with all supplier escalation in terms of commercial topics.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, commercial or business background is preferred.
2. Fluent English in speaking and writing.
3. Minimum 5 years in sourcing experience, automotive industry company is preferred.
4. Familiar with Automotive business requirement,Familiar with the relevant market and supplier database
5. Good communication skill, negotiation skill and fair in interpersonal relationship.
