* Responsible for the overall operation of the quality system of the production and sales companies in APAC, collecting the monthly performance of each company and reporting to the HQ in Europe (via CMS and World favor systems). * Participate in the daily management of the EHS of the production company to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Group and various laws & regulations. * Participate in the quality management of the main suppliers of the production company to ensure that raw materials meet our requirements. * Lead the operation of various systems: Quality, Occupational health and Environmental systems. Ensure compliance with various system specifications and carry out daily systems maintenance.
Main Responsibilities * As leader to run the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems in the manufacturing company and daily maintenance (for Sales company if needed). Responsible for the annual supervision and audit of all systems. * Responsible for the system operation of Sales companies in APAC, collecting various quality indicators (such as customer satisfaction, on time shipment rate etc.). * Prepare employee training plans, implement the plan strictly and establish quality awareness among all employees. * Lead the supplier quality management of the production company, ensure that the main raw materials meet the quality requirements of the Group, lead the regular audit to suppliers, and share the auditing report to HQ in Europe. * Continuously improve product quality and quality system, responsible for collecting KPI data of each department (and Sales companies if needed). * All quality complaints from customers are tracked and handled through the CMS system until all are closed in proper ways. * The daily EHS management of the production company, to collect relevant data on a regular basis and reports it in the World favor system. * Responsible for the daily auditing of local government departments (such as safety, environmental protection, occupational health, etc.). * Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements * Min.5 years working experience on Quality, Environment and Healthy in the manufacturing company. * Able to carry out daily work independently, such as quality/environment systems, and have communication skills crossing departments and external. * Good English skills on reading, listening, writing, speaking and daily communication is a must. * College or above, can understand product drawing. * Regular business trips (e.g. Asia Pacific countries) are acceptable.
