1. Develop and participate in advance Quality planning activities for new products and process introduction/release, including but not limited to product and process FMEA’s and cause and affect analysis, as well as process flow diagrams and control Plans.
2. Understand the application of product during APQP phase, and define the control method of special characteristics like customer interface.
3. PPAP submission and PPAP audit leading.
4. Provide support to customer audit during APQP phase.
5. Provide work instructions, standards, inspection methods, gages and frequencies and the necessary direction to meet customer requirements.
6. Perform the failure analysis on the finished goods rejected by production or returned by customer.
7. Work with *** Test Yield team to improve the production test yield.
8. Carry out process audit.
9. Monitor process capability and improve quality.
10. Verify ECN effectiveness which produced by other department and initiate ECN which related with quality control.
11. Perform other duties assigned from Quality Supervisor.
职位要求：
1. Over 3 years working experience as QE in automotive.
2. Good at data analysis by Microsoft excel, Minitab or Q-DAS.
3. Major in mechanical, complete understanding of GD&T.
4. Good reporting ability, present conclusion with consolidated data firmly and confidently.
5. Capable to lead cross functional team to solve problem.
6. Experience in TMS products and advance quality will be preferred.
