Common Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Provide technical expertise on designing new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.

2. Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.
通常情况下，负责新产品或新产品零部件的设计、生产和装配工艺，改善和维护现有的产品
3. Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product.
参与概念开发和新产品的具体设计
4. Involved in localization project and VAVE project, analysis the technical feasibility and lead the technical implement.
参与国产化项目及VAVE项目，从设计角度分析可行性并领导技术实施。
5. Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test if any
负责原型样机的装配和测试，设计样机及零部件的测试工装
6. Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers.
提供技术领导能力并协助培训经验较少的工程师
7. Have the competency to provide technical support of one product or one common part of the whole product portfolios.
为产品或整个产品系列的某一通用零部件提供技术支持
Competency 任职要求：
1. Be able to communicate in English with the other engineering personnel both local and global to co-ordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.
能用英语和其他国内和国际的工程师进行沟通，协调相关设计，保证项目完成
2. Be able to conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturability, and reliable.
能够进行设计分析零部件和/或装配总成，保证设计的成本高效，可加工性和可靠
3. Be able to lead a project team to fulfill project cost /schedule requirement under limited supervising when necessary.
在必要时有限的指导下，能带领项目组完成项目成本/进度的要求
4. Be able to use Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
能熟练使用Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD等软件
5. Minimum Qualifications: University major in science and technology (Degree).
