Responsibilities: - Ensure Rieter Quality in the assembly workshop nonconformity creating and follow up - Create NCR’s found in assembly (caused by supply chain or assembly) - Follow up NCR’s caused by assembly - Find root cases of defects and close the problems - Feedback the repeated NC information to Q-Planner Product quality - Check the assembly and sub assembly quality according to work instructions, quality plans, test instructions and checklists - Check tools and equipment, monitor calibration - Check the storage way of parts in the warehouse - Monitor the packing of complete machines and by pack material depending the transportation Support - Provide quality support to production engineering and assembly workers and give them some coach if needed - Support product support to find and correct root cases of CORN reports caused by assembly Personal - Be the contact in assembly workshop for product support and quality planning with smooth and effective communication Final testing - Supervise final testing of machines - Regular check of functions and settings of the machine
Requirements - Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related - Assembly work experience in mechanical - Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing plant - Able to make unpopular decisions and insist on them - English in speaking and writing. - Problem solving orientated - Strong communication
