2. 准备报价单;Prepare quotation
3. GmbH/附属公司的询价订单;Enquiry orders at GmbH / affiliates
4. 协调产品价格和交货期;Coordinate product prices and delivery times
5. 合同评审;Contract review
6. 跟踪贸易合同的执行;Tracking trade contract execution
7. 跟踪和管理客户订单,直至交付给客户;Follow-up and control of customer orders until delivery to the customer
8. 创建和开具发票;Create / issue invoice
9. 与区域销售、采购、生产、物流等部门密切合作;Close cooperation with other departments like field sales, purchasing, production and logistics
10. 支持区域销售经理在客户现场的活动;Support field sales staff in customer interaction
11. 积极与客户沟通,了解客户的切实需求,并找到良好的处理办法,及时解决客户的实际问题;Actively communicate with customers, understand the actual needs of customers, and find a good way to solve the actual problems of customers in a timely manner
12. 处理与直接客户的业务,同时处理公司间相关业务;Handling business with direct customer and also with inter-company
13. 任何直接领导布置的相关工作;Any “boundary” tasks assigned by line manager(s).
任职资质 / Job Requirement
1. 大专及以上学历,国际贸易,工商管理等相关专业/College and above, major in international trade, business administration and relevant
2. 2-3年同职位相关工作经验/2-3 years working experience in the same position
3. 有外资企业工作经验者优先/Working experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred
4. 有产品销售订单处理经验/Have experience in handling sales orders
5. 有一定的进出口知识/Certain import and export knowledge is a plus
6. 有ERP/SAP经验/Good ERP/SAP experience is a plus
7. 基本的英语水平/Basic English skill
8. 良好的MS-Office办公软件应用能力/Good at MS-Office
9. 良好的人际沟通和表达能力/Good communication and expression skill
10. 积极主动的解决客户问题/Pro-actively oriented towards solving customer inquiries
11. 良好的协调能力,结果导向/Coordination ability and solution-oriented
