岗位职责：
1.Work on process improvement activities for medical line and thermistor line to solve production issues timely. 2.Work together with gloabal and local design team for CPO projects introduced to production line as scheduled. 3.Enable accurately assess the manufacturing cost and investment needs for each new project.
4.Perform technical tests and experiments for processing cost down and quality improvement.
5.Build new produciton line, prepare line layout,evaluate related equipment needs and fixture/tooling, and qualify them.
6.Create related documents including work instruction/process flow chart/PFMEA/SOP, etc. and training operators.

岗位要求：
1. Rich working experience in manufacturing engineering field such as electronic semiconductor, temperature sensors，automotive sensor assembly process,process experience of thermistor manufacutring as priority.
2. Rich experience of global projects introduced to local production, familiar with IATF16949/ISO13485/ISO9001 quality system.
3. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years working experience in manufacturing engineering of automotive assembly . 4.Strong English and communication skills, both of orally and in writing. 5. Honest, optimistic and positive attitude for work and life. 6. Need lean six-sigma working experience and have significant improvement projects experience, Green Belt certificated at least.
