岗位职责：
- 协调工程师完成项目的开发，评估，改进,制造过程,文件记录以及释放;
- Coordination engineers develop, evaluate, improve, process improve, record and release for projects;
- 组织工程师开发并制定标准工时、作业指导书、操作规程、物料流, 工艺流程及培训等;
- Organization engineer to development and implementation time-study, standard time, Work Instruction,
Material-flow, Work-Flow and training etc;
- 分析制造流程以不断对质量进行提高，降低成本，和产量增加。
- Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and
production output improve.
- 技术过程和流程在制造中的开发及执行.
- Develop and implement production process and technical requirements;
- 组织建立按照研发和品质部门要求的图纸，产品设计理念和生产订单的需求制定的工艺文件，协调工程
师设计和制定工装治具或生产线，改善工艺流程确保有效的生产方式。
- Organize and creating accurate documentation of tool drawings, design concepts, orders, and concepts in
accordance with the R&D and quality assurance functions. To coordinate engineers to design and make relative
fixture or production line, improve the process flow, to ensure the effective working method;
- 协调工程师提供给生产部门技术支持并解决问题；
- Coordinate engineers support in production department solve trouble and resolve technical problems.
- 负责对部门关键绩效指标的分析，落实措施；
- Responsible for KPI analysis and implementation;
- 负责对部门改善项目的计划，计算，跟进和落实；
- Responsible for the planning, calculation, tracking and implementation of process improvement projects;
- 参与并管理下属员工的绩效,确保个人与组织的目标实现;
- Participate and manage subordinator performance, achieve personal and company goals;
- Participate and manage subordinator performance, achieve personal and company goals;
- 支持公司的政策和程序，目标和目的，遵守商品生产质量管理规范,落实公司相关环境方针及环境目标;
- ISO9001，ISO14001的贯彻实施；
- ISO9001, ISO14001 implement;
- 公司交办的其他事务。

任职要求：
1、理工类专业本科以上学历;
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or similar field
2、有5年以上线束电源线，电子行业装配工作经验，管理经验2年，有新
品开发方面的工作经验者优先，可英语口语日常沟通者优先
More than 5 years of experience in wiring harness, power cord and electronic
industry assembly, 2 years of management experience, experience in new
product development is preferred, and those who can speak English for daily
communication are preferred
3、熟悉企业产品结构、性能、机理等
- Familiar company production concept, function, mechanism;
- 受过项目管理、FEMA、IE手法以及管理方面的培训。
- Have training on project management, FEMA, IE and relative management;
4、具有良好的沟通能力；
- 具有一定的计划、组织、协调、分析能力和团队协作精神；
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
5、有较强的英语交流能力；
- Strong Oral communication English;
