Tasks:
1、建立冲压产品的可行性分析，能与客户及供应商简单、有效沟通。
Finish the feasibility study of the stamping parts (DFM), contact with the customer or supplier for more technical details.
2、依据产品要求，制定合理的冲压工艺排样方案。
According to the product drawings and related technical specifications for the process design input, determine the stamping process plan and define the strip layout.
3、能独立完成模具设计，包括总装图及零件图的绘制。确保模具设计图纸的完整，更新和归档。
Finish the stamping tool design, including the assembly drawing and part drawings. Make sure all the drawings are available, updated and placed on file and server.
4、参与模具的试模，协助完成模具的调试。
Participate and assist in tool debugging.
5、疑难模具的问题解决。
Problem solving of difficult toolings.
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
Complete other work assigned by the leader.
专业要求：
Requirements professionally:
1、大专及以上学历，机械、模具、材料成形等相关专业。
College degree or above, machinery, molding, materials forming, and other related majors.
2、8年以上级进模冲压模具设计工作经验，有汽车端子类模具设计经验者优先。
Eight years or above working experience in progressive tooling design field, automotive terminal is preferred.
3、熟练使用CAD等二维绘图软件，UG/PRO-E, CERO等三维绘图软件。熟练使用常用办公软件制作各种文档。
Skilled use of 2D drawing software such as, AutoCAD and 3D drawing software such as UG, PRO-E, CERO. Skilled use of office software to make various documents.
4、英语熟练者优先。
English is a plus.
