Position Summary: This position is responsible for division customer demand management, inventory control and material flow pull system from procurement to customer delivery
Scope/Supervision and Interaction: Reports to Division Supply Chain Manager, interaction with various departments including: Sales, CSE, Accounting, Production, logistic, and Sourcing, engineering, quality.
Job Responsibility: ?? Manage Division customer demand and customer’s orders fulfillment ?? Lead FG strategy, ePFEP planning, and inventory DSI and material flow management? ?? Daily tracking S/O and W/O status, and well manage P/O receiving and shipment ?? Take a leader to short product lead time? ?? Lead HPT to continuously improve LISC, SLISC and DSI ?? Identify opportunities to Sourcing teams and Value stream Manager to improve supplier capability and production capacity
Qualifications: ?? Have 4-6 years experiences of customer service and demand and supply planning in MNC ?? BA/BS degree, CPM or CPIM certificate, and Lean six Sigma knowledge is preferred ?? Well understanding of S&OP, production and material planning ?? Lead a material teams’ experiences ?? Good communication skills ?? Proactive and self-motivation with good English in writing, speaking ?? Good skilled in Office software, Excel, PPT, Word?
Performance Measurement Criteria: ?? Inventory DSI and % of sales ?? Pre. customer LISC and SLISC, forecast Accuracy ?? Production lead time reduction ?? Team capability road map
