Logistic Manager - Your Future Position?

As the logistic manager in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will be based in Changzhou, Jiangsu and report to the Changzhou Site Manager. You will be responsible for the management and on-going improvement of logistic department at Fragrance Changzhou site.

At this exciting role, you will:

61Establish the department management system including setting policies, standard procedures to meet ISO standard, Givaudan guidance and customer requirement.
61Set up department KPI and goals, monthly review and develop action plan to achieve target
61Develop and implement skill matrix for individual position and training plan, including technical skill, management and soft skill.
61Develop and implement the job qualification and authorization plan for each position
61Develop and implement department employee career path plan
61Be responsible for site incoming material receiving, material transferring and finished goods outbound delivery.
61Ensure the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization; also closely work with customer to handle some special request.
61Work with site Planning and Manufacturing Leaders, as well as customer care and getting support to solve issues.
61Manage resources (Manpower/Equipment) adequately within the flow of supply chain to meet standard lead time
61Motivate staff to maximize the efficiency.
61Take charge of the overall EHS work in the responsible area and accountable for behaviors that fail to follow rules, procedures or accepted work practices
61Make EHS an integrate part of your job and lead by example
61Know the EHS requirements of the jobs performed by the people supervised and understand the hazards and risk in the responsible area

Your professional profile includes:

61Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
61At least 5 years’ experience in logistics management, dangerous goods handling (warehouse and transportation) will be preferred.
61Successful track record of achieving logistic goals.
61Familiar with logistic equipment.
61Customer focus & Drive for results
61Ability to work across functionally and build partnership relationships internally and externally
61Good knowledge and skill of using SAP in logistics management.
61Be good at team work
61Integrity & Honesty.
61Fluent written and spoken English.
